Wonderful experience from start to finish. I’m new to Windsor, having recently moved from Montreal, and had my first appointments at this clinic — a dental cleaning and X-ray with Kendra (RDH), followed by a silver filling replacement with composite, handled by Jessica (CDA) and Dr. Shobha Hande (BDS). > With limited English, I was honestly nervous at first, but the entire team made me feel comfortable and respected. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, polite, and highly professional — helping me feel welcome and at ease. > Kendra stood out with her kindness, curiosity, and positive energy. Jessica was equally caring and attentive during the procedure, and Dr. Hande was incredibly skilled, calm, and professional. > I truly appreciated how human and welcoming the entire experience felt. The clinic is also beautifully diverse (I heard German, Hindi, etc.), but it might be helpful to include a bit more French — especially for newcomers from Quebec, North Africa, or France. > I’m genuinely grateful for the care and warmth I received. Wow!, 10 star Dental office. We switched dentist recently and made a great choice. Super friendly, efficient and professional. Kendra did an amazing job on our cleanings, 0 pain, great job and very gentle. I had 2 fillings today and the dentist was amazing! I was incredibly pleased with her work, you cannot even tell there is a filling in one of my front teeth. Excellent work, surprisingly pleasant experience, very, very impressed. We have found a new home for our Dental work. Highly recommend. Call Ange at the front desk, very friendly and efficient! Love this place!

I can't say enough good things about my son's dentist and the entire staff at the clinic. From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The doctor was incredibly patient, explaining everything clearly and making sure my son felt comfortable every step of the way. It's clear that he truly cares about his young patients and takes pride in his work. The staff are just as wonderful—always friendly, organized, and welcoming. They go out of their way to create a positive experience, and it really shows. My son actually looks forward to his visits, which speaks volumes! Thank you to the whole team for making every appointment such a pleasant experience. We’re so grateful to have found such a fantastic dental office!

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was! One of my back molars cracked and a quarter broke off. I received professional, friendly and prompt service from the initial phone call to the completion of my filling. Jess took my call, imparted all the information I required, set me up for online access to complete forms ahead of time and booked my appointment for the very next morning. I was warmly greeted by Ange who thanked me for filling out the forms and welcomed me. Dr. Hande and Jess made my dental procedure stress free with their skill, calm demeanor and mix of friendliness and professionalism. I am beyond happy to be their patient and look forward to putting my dental care in their capable and caring hands.
