Dr Multari and his team are articulate and knowledgeable with their screening, Care and follow up. He is one of the best dental surgeons that I have ever experienced. I had a severely impacted wisdom tooth that was a complicated surgery procedure done in the hospital. Occasionally the wait time may be long to see him but he is absolutely worth it. I am impressed by all the attention, care and information that’s given plus the follow up. He is definitely articulate and caring from the world of old school. I would highly recommend this practice for Oral Surgery as it is top notch.

From start to finish Dr Multaris office was fantastic, very thorough and proffessional. Took there time, double checked everything and made sure i was set up with whatever else i needed going forward in terms of healing after an accident. All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They really set an example for how healthcare should be handled

What an amazing experience! I was extremely nervous going in for my surgery and the doctor, the nurses and the front desk staff were all very welcoming, comforting and had no problem playing along with my nervous joking. The doctor called me the same day after my surgery to make sure I was okay and answer any questions I had. Super impressed with the care, compassion and comfort that was provided to me. Even three days later when I called with a question they were quick to assure me everything was okay and I did not feel like an imposition or made to feel less than. Thank you to everyone at Windsor Oral Surgery for what otherwise was a terrifying experience and making it the best it could have been!

I have had a terrible experience with Dr. Multari’s office. I have been wait-listed for a surgery for 4+ years with no answers. Every time I call, I receive excuses and non-answers regarding when my surgery will take place. They haven’t even put together a waitlist order for the surgeries. Every time I call, only Dr. Multari and one other contractor have info about the waitlist, and neither is ever available. They provide timelines for when they “think” they will have a waitlist order and each time they move the goalposts and can’t provide an update for a new reason. I have been calling for info for years and not once have they ever reached out to myself or my orthodontist to give an update or ask for additional information. This is not a situation where I am not a customer – I have signed consultation agreements with Dr. Multari dating back to 2017 agreeing that this surgery needs to take place. Covid was used as a reason for stalling the surgery date, which I completely understand…but this is four years later, and I still see these positive reviews popping up, indicating that other people are having their surgeries performed. It’s really disheartening to be treated like this. If they told me the surgery would take place a year from now, I’d accept that…just some answer, some guidance, would be the professional approach. Instead, I’m met with silence and unreturned calls.
