My experience with this firm was worse than awful and it appears I am not the only one judging by other reviews. I ordered a pair of handles on Dec. 15 last year and nothing came. I had to email and phone several times and each time was told the item had been sent. Finally, they offered a refund which I now have over a month after the original order. I do not recommend this firm at all.

Just read the 1 * review. Baffled. These guys are great. Had advice on a lock for a HMO. They supplied a split spindle and a self closer and plate specially for a uPVC door - worked a treat property secute even when the tenants walk out without locking the door behind them. Also had window hinge mechanisms, locks handles and door jams plus keys for two locked door jams. Brilliant can't fault there advice and service.
