I booked my car for an MOT, first time using their services, I moved to Somerset not long ago, so it's one of those jobs that you get a bit wary as you don't know how they operate. But Paul and his team, Leon as well were absolutely nice and fair, I could tell straight away. I already booked for next jobs that they flagged needs attention and the price given to me is a fair one. Just nice, honest people doing a great job. Super recommend. Thank you, Paul and team!

Extremely upset with the MOT provided and the overall attitude of the staff (especially to myself). Definitely avoid! Took in for a normal MOT, knew there was a few holes in my sills but everything else was all in working order. I received a phone call from a staff member telling me it had failed “Miserably” in a very amused tone. I was told that I myself had to speak to the MOT tester in the next half hour regarding the issues. I told them my partner would be coming down and they kept arguing that it had to be me but the tone was almost instantly different after that. When my partner arrived to pick it up and pay they backtracked and said the issues weren’t “that bad”. They said the swivel swing arm bushings had gone, which we immediately checked with another local garage who confirmed that they were all in working order and definitely not a repair immediately issue. They stated that the car was overheating causing fluids to overflow , my partner told them the cap wasn’t even screwed on, which would funnily enough be the cause of it overflowing out!! Not only that but they had broken off my bonnet release lever and ripped out my seatbelt internal anchorage for both passenger and drivers seatbelt. Got extremely funny when we said we would fix the issues ourselves. Overall there was a nasty attitude towards both of us, would not recommend if you value your car. Quite obviously trying to take advantage because I was a young woman.

Was 45mins away from home when my caliper got stuck on. These guys were absolutely amazing in helping getting it unsiezed so I could limp home again. Thank you so much.
