Will replaced our roof and I couldn’t be happier. I would give him more stars if I could. We had a leak because the roof wasn’t sheeted properly, and he took care of everything. He always answered the phone, showed up on time, and even started early and worked a weekend to beat the rain. He uses top quality materials, is professional, and delivers exactly what he promises. On top of that, his price was the best we found. If you need your roof replaced, don’t think twice, Will is the guy!

I had recurring roof leaks at my old house in Abbotsford, which persisted despite multiple repairs. I consulted several roofing contractors, and one even suggested replacing the entire roof, quoting me $50k, which I found far too expensive. Last month, it leaked again after a rainstorm, so I reached out to Wilway. Although he was busy, he came by a week later and took a look. Wilway assessed my roof, which is a metal, industrial-level one, and assured me that the roof itself had no issues. Instead, he discovered a hole in the exterior wall and identified areas of the siding that needed resealing. Last week, he arranged for his team to fix everything. This week, we had record-breaking rainfall in Greater Vancouver, and thankfully, there have been no more leaks. Wilway did an excellent job. His pricing was very reasonable, and unlike some other contractors who were quick to suggest a full roof replacement, he focused on solving the actual problem. He even told me that if it leaks again, he’d come back and fix it for free, but only for this one time—though it seems that won’t be necessary! I highly recommend him for anyone needing an honest and reliable roofing contractor.

Much to my surprise I discovered that a squirrel had taken residence in my attic. Had a pest control company come out and they installed mesh in all the areas that they thought the squirrel was making it’s way in and installed a one way door to allow the squirrel to get out but not back in. Well the squirrel was not to be deterred and proceeded to destroy my one year old roof vent to get back in. Back came the pest control company who now installed mesh over the vent with another one wet door. After getting rid of the squirrel and her two babies I now had to get my roof vent replaced. Lucky for me my neighbours we getting their roof replaced so I went over to ask Will how much he would charge me to take care of this. He said he would do it for free. Well much to my dismay, Will discovered that the pest control company had applied the mesh using a ton of staples directly into my shingles. Now it was a much bigger job!!! Will provided a quote to replace the shingles and end caps which the pest control company agreed to cover. Will was here today and made all the necessary repairs and still did not charge me for the roof vent or it’s installation. I am very pleased with how Will came to the rescue and am very happy for his professional approach. Can’t thank him enough.
