Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff that offers ideas, and addresses your needs efficiently and thoroughly. Also fast service if you need it at very reasonable prices. They did a beautiful job for me converting slides into prints and DVD within 2 days. Easy location to get to on the West side. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a lens that was clearly advertised as brand new, but what I received was something entirely different—a used or refurbished item with visible damage to the glass. This was not a small mistake; it was a blatant bait-and-switch, something I’ve now seen many other reviewers complain about as well. After reaching out, I was met with vague responses, constant delays, and no urgency to correct the situation. I had to call multiple times, send emails, photos, and a video of the damage—only to be given the runaround and broken promises. Even after returning the defective item, they failed to follow through on shipping the replacement in a timely manner or providing the tracking info they claimed would be sent. This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s deceptive business behavior. And sadly, I’m far from the only one. A quick look through other reviews reveals a pattern of similar issues: misleading listings, broken items, no follow-through, and refund or replacement processes that drag on for weeks—if they happen at all. Do not trust this seller. If something goes wrong (and based on the number of similar reviews, there’s a good chance it will), you’ll find yourself doing all the chasing—and possibly stuck with a product that was not what you paid for. I strongly suggest avoiding this company altogether.

Ralph was sooooo helpful. I’ve been trying many stores to try the perfect mount for my camera. As soon as I walked in he was so nice and patient because I won’t lie it was a bit difficult to figure out, but he figured it out. I also got help with the audio for my camera and more. I caught my most used camera a year ago here and the service is always top notch and I learn more n more about stuff I had no idea about!
