I reached out to the Williamsburg Roofing Co.based on a recommendation from a realtor who stated I could trust them to replace my roof. Tim, the owner, offered exceptional customer oriented service and communication throughout the entire process. I had solicited two estimates previously and picked him as he showed up on time, returned texts promptly, phone calls immediately, and was patient with our questions and desire to seek additional manufacturer specs. All work was done professionally, the crews worked with a short lunch break from 7:30 until early evening. They finished ahead of schedule and the cleanup was immaculate. This is an exceptionally well run roofing business and I appreciate the owner’s work ethic!
