My family and I recently moved here from Shoppers Drugmart and it as THE best decision ever! They immediately found a coupon/discount on one of my mother's prescriptions that Shoppers should have done for years. Every time I go in, whether it's to pick up a prescription or ask a questions - the staff are more than helpful. I no longer dread going to a pharmacy haha. I now live further away but will drive out of my way just for the great service. Also, very convenient being able to do everything on the app.

This has to be the best customer service pharmacy in the area. I've moved out of the area and still make over an hour drive to continue being a customer. From the pharmacy assistants (especially Jenny) to the pharmacists (Scott), you know you are going to be very well cared for. I can't count on my hands anymore. How many times have they helped me with my doctors office not sending the script, etc. My medication needs to be taken on a schedule, and I've never been left hanging. They are extremely knowledgeable without ever making you feel judged or less than. They truly are a remarkable team.

Williamsburg Remedy's is not just another pharmacy, but it is a store that provides a pleasant experience, every time to visit. The store have a Canada Post service outlet and a mini convenience store with some quality products. What really makes the pharmacy special, is the actual 'human touch' customer service. My sincere gratitude to Scott and Ryan, for always being polite, professional and assisting. Mr. Scott, do not rush to answer your questions and he is a gentleman who always love to assist, and he has done that on multiple occasions. Thank you for your service to the community!!!
