Customer experiences
My grandmother went to In’n’out to have her punctured tyre replaced. Cost her £120 for the tyre replacement and labour. To my shock she called me the next day saying she couldn’t use her boot. They left the spare wheel just thrown in the boot, damaged the mat. A 76 year old lady could not lift this tyre and put it back properly but I am sure the mechanic who was dealing with the tyre replacement could’ve had the common decency to put back the spare tyre properly for an old lady. I am sorry but for £120 they could’ve helped a 76 year old lady by putting her tyre back properly.
Super helpful garage. The owner saw us for an engine fault at 3pm on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, and let us post the V5 to him so we could scrap our unrepairable (very old) car. He kept the V5 safe for when we returned from our holiday to Cornwall, he saved the trip! Thank you so much for your help.
I had an unexpected accident on the motorway early in the morning when I drove over a stone and burst my tyre. I was a bit shaken up and unsure what to do, but I was fortunate enough to find In’n’Out Autocentres nearby. Even though they didn’t have my tyre size in stock, they went out of their way to help. They removed the wheel and recommended another local place for me to get the tyre. Once I had the new tyre, they quickly reattached the wheel to my car. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout, and they didn’t charge me which was hugely appreciated and very thoughtful. They made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier for me, especially as I’d never experienced anything like this before. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them from now on.
Very grumpy looking man upon arrival with no eye contact in the least. Clearly the guy doesn't enjoy his job or care about customer service. No points for pleasantries for sure (Agree with Jon's review). Also had to return an hour later as they must have disconnected the battery at some point as could not get radio to work. Had to go to Honda dealership to get my radio working again. Also £50 is a little steep for a MOT when the going rate around Bristol is btw £35-£45. Waiting area sparse, cold and uninviting! Nothing like the pictures above at all. Had the guy being friendly, one may ignore the sparse waiting area.
