Charleen at Willamette Valley Transport is an absolute gem. She’s been transporting my grandfather, and I honestly can’t express how much peace of mind she’s given our family. From the very first ride, Charleen treated him with such kindness and dignity like she was caring for her own loved one. My first ride was when I was discharged after suffering a heart attack. The driver was professional and efficient but at the same time friendly and compassionate. The driver was on time and drove me safely home. They provided a wheelchair to assist me to my front door where I could use my walker to enter my home. I felt safe at all times. I have used their service to doctor appointments and to attend my grandson's very important band concert. I highly recommend using Willamette Valley for transportation needs.

I Wouldn't ever use this Company the Driver I had was horrible and mean to my son the driver screamed at him my son has autism and tried to help strap my wheelchair in and the Willamette transport driver Screamed at him.She wasn't going to let him ride home with me. She came at my son forcefully she tried grab at him and move him away from the vehicle when he got in the front seat to get our ride home with me even know the insurance approved him coming with me . I told the driver to stop screaming at my son and her comment was that she didn't even want to do this ride but she got dispatched to it and she wanted to go home as she continues to yell and be abusive I told her to stop being Mean and her comment was she is the only nice person that works for Willamette Valley transportation Well she was just plain evil in my opinion She continued yelling at him stating she was apologizing I told her once again to stop Then she made me sign something on the laptop without explaining what it was .The Van Number was 108 and the license plate was 949 Puf.I called the insurance MTM to notify them how we were treated and how violent the driver was .I would recommend Not to ever use this service.
