Bought a brand new klx300 from these guys with all the warranty packages, had a chain come off and crack the generator cover and broke some other stuff and they took care of everything all covered by warranty they were awesome. Dan the service writer was very thorough and kept me updated through the whole process. Got the bike back good as new!! Awesome shop and awesome service thanks for everything and will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

This last weekend my wife and I were riding to Bend. Google maps took us on a lovely route with nine miles of gravel roads. While on the gravel, I hit a thick patch and lost control and went down. After getting the bike up and giving it a once over the biggest issue I saw was that there was a few inches in movement in the handlebars. We nursed it into Bend. Saturday morning I called Dan and the service team at Wildhorse to see if they could look the bike over. Dan's first question " are you and your wife ok?" Nothing to do with the bike, and it really meant a lot to me. After making sure we were good, he then asked questions about the bike. He was able to get me in and had a tech give everything a once over before tightening down my riser bolts. They made sure the bike was road worthy and even gave it a nice wash, since it was pretty dirty. I can't thank them enough for their great work, care and compassion. Equally important, throughout the process of work Dan was very communicative, sharing where they were at with work, what they found and exactly how long it would take. Great job to the service team!
