I went to Wild Honey for the 1st time yesterday. Trisha was my stylist. I really liked her personality...bubbly and talkative. But what I really liked was all the questions she asked before starting my cut. I have very fine hair and fairly thin. She listened and did exactly what I wanted. Because my hair is fine, it usually takes a few days for the ends to settle down and style well for me, but 1st day on my own it did just what I wanted. The salon is laid-back and comfy. I'll definitely go back!

I get my hair done by Trisha and she always gets my style and color perfect! I feel like a whole new person again when I leave the salon. She also always makes the time seem to fly by because we are having good conversations and laughs. Thank you for your hard work lady!!

I tried getting a refund for incomplete service (Kelsey did not dry my hair and asked if I wanted it dried...in winter? She has ALWAYS dried it!) I eventually gave up on the salon, as they often made excuses and left me with wet hair when I expected a more complete service. I was always on time as a client and I noticed I'd be waiting 5-10 mins over my scheduled appointment. Since her husband had to "leave for Helena," and kept asking if I wanted my hair dried -why wouldn't it come with the service normally? I had to ask myself why I was being treated different all of a sudden. It seemed like Kelsey was more involved in her personal issues, rather than the appointment I scheduled and I felt rushed. If you ask for a refund from this company, the owner WILL BLOCK YOU! If you need to get a refund, immediately request a charge back from your bank, because the owner is the most childish woman I've seen. They offer you "Five dollars," so you won't complain and act like the amount of a latte is enough compensation for the mistreatment. I have never felt more confused and awkward than with Wild Honey. I went there after I heard such great things about Kelsey and she treated me like I had done some personal offense to her. I'll take my money somewhere else, since you "ladies," aren't grown enough to communicate. I'm extremely hurt, since I went there for a year and I have on idea what got into Kelsey that day to treat me the way she did!
