I've been renting a property managed by Wild Haven for two years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The team is always professional and quick to respond to my needs. For example, when my refrigerator stopped working, I submitted a maintenance request through their online portal, and they had a new one delivered and installed within 48 hours. The communication is clear, and I've never had any issues with surprise fees or charges. They've made the rental process stress-free and are very fair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental in the McMinnville area.

I recently reached out to this property management company during a very difficult time for our family, following the unexpected passing of my stepchild’s Mom. We needed to quickly arrange access to the home to help move my stepchild out, and from the very first interaction, Michelle was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. While I haven’t personally rented from them, the way we were treated, during such an emotional and overwhelming time, left a lasting impression. Michelle went above and beyond to make a heartbreaking situation a little easier, and for that, we are truly grateful. this place is weird and very unprofessional, my boyfriend was moving out and they decided to start charging so many late fees and even called him to threatened him to take down his review and that if he did they would give him his deposit back. They lied saying i lived there when i in fact did not. You can’t have anyone visit or have friends over because they will think their tenants. My boyfriend took care of my dog for a couple of hours and they assumed the dog lived there when that’s not true. very rude people from what i’ve been hearing. One time i came to pick up my bag that i forgot and my boyfriend was at work so nobody was home and this old lady came to leave a paper and she saw me so she handed it to me and i left it inside and left. She immediately assumed I lived there and harassed my boyfriend about it.

I have rented from Wild Haven for four years in the same location. They have been prompt and responsive to my work order requests. The home inspections have been pleasant with each year. We work hard to keep our home in good shape and never had any issues with management. I think they get a bad reputation when folks have a different idea of what respecting a property looks like. I havent gone through an exit process with them yet, but I believe when the time comes they will give me clear expectations of what is needed and I expect a fair return of my deposit. I appreciate all their hard work and their kindness towards us over the years :)
