This is now almost impossible (also have had some medical problems with my feet ). I tried on different sizes until i found the correct size ! The trainers are very comfortable. Lovely service, friendly and helpful thank you so much -- no more crushed feet .

Neither pair of shoes that I ordered fit and it cost a fortune to return them. Now I placed another order, which still shows available online, but for some reason, they are returning my money, even though I did the transaction through PayPal, no explanation was given. So not sure if I will ever order again.

I walked out in my new shoes and immediately felt more comfortable and my pain was relieved. I also know my size now and it makes it easier to order additional shoes online in the future, but I recommend visiting in person if you can. The price was fair and there’s a wide selection of styles colors etc to choose exactly what you fancy. Honestly I’m surprised it took me so long to get shoes like these, I feel like every physiotherapist and surgeon in London should recommend a visit here for any foot problems to complement the treatment :)

I believe the name of the lady that dealt with us was Kishani (I hope I got that right). We were treated in a really kind, helpful and efficient manner when we visited. Other customers with various needs were treated with respect and kindness. It gave us a really good feel for the shop. We came away with three pairs of shoes that fit like gloves. Thank you so much! Thank you also to the owner who pointed us in the right direction when we were sent off course by City Mapper. Found it in the end.
