We been shopping at Times for a long period. This place is convenient and I am able to get most of the stuffs which I couldn't get in other places. Times has got a very good varieties of Elfbar's and cigarettes all stuck up neatly and the Ali has been helpful while purchasing cig in case if I was not sure. All the staffs here are very cheerful, friendly and helpful. I would like to mention two people Shashi who as been always amazing tries to help me if needed moreover make sure everything is fine. Serdar who has been nice and welcomes me with a warm smile and makes sure I got all my stuffs in trolly. There was a time where a house hold stuff was mistakenly scanned 11 times. Serdar quickly came to me and apologised saying 'darling sorry ' and sorted it to me or I would have paid extra money without knowing. his service was so good on that day which I can't forget. The sales rep advised me to come and visit the place and said I could use a day pass for my first visit. The place is so unprofessional and unorganised. Staff are very rude and don't know where anything is, and the owner walks around in flip flops (which I’m sure is a safety hazard) and doesn’t engage with you unless you shop regularly. I did witness him shout and swear at his staff very aggressively. Furthermore, the prices were OK on a few products, but most were daylight robbery. The sales rep said we beat most prices of what I normally buy, I went there to find out thay they cannot beat the prices. I did try to a purchase a few items as I took time out of my day, I thought I would make use of my first & last trip. However, staff favoured regular customers and let people push in. I do understand if there a few items on the trolley; however people were pushing in with full trolleys. I ended up leaving as the queues were not moving and everything was all over the place- products weren’t scanning properly, their tills kept crashing and obviously, regulars were getting special treatment! Before coming in, I did browse the website and it did look like it had a variety of stock, which I was quite impressed with, but when I went in, there was barely any stock on the shelves. To note, the sales rep talked about how great the site and online ordering was. However, the search bar does not even work, and tabs navigate to the wrong pages. Only can I imagine where they would navigate my deliveries too. The only good thing about this place is the car park you have two exits to leave from so you can get out quicker! AVOID AT ALL COST THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM! Please send more of your reps in my area so they can rip off my competitors. That would be great!
