Heidi has been instrumental in my recovery from a mommy makeover surgery (tummy tuck with lipo and breast augmentation). Lymphatic massage was recommended to me by my surgeon and after discovering Heidi online, I was able to get in on day 3 post op. I could tell that she truly has a passion for what she does and helping people. I had amazing relief from chronic pain and swelling in My R ankle after Heidi at Whole Body Renew diagnosed and then released the lymphatic drainage from the severe degenerative osteoarthritis caused by “bone on bone” conditions in my Right hind foot. This has partially disabled me for over a year and now I am learning to walk without a limp because the pain is almost completely diminished with each step .
