I had a leak in my very tall 3 story patio home with a ceramic tile roof. I called numerous roofing companies to assess the repairs needed and give me a quote. Mitch from ARS was the only one that had a ladder tall enough and is willing to get on the roof to inspect the damages. He was very knowledgeable on the type of roof I have and explained to me the work that is needed. I have been taken by contractors in the past so I was concerned about paying him the half required to start the job. My worries were relieved when Mitch stayed in touch about his schedules and when he planned on starting my job. In short, Mitch did what he promised and performed the work himself. I know it was a VERY dangerous job because of the type of material, height, and pitch of the roof. So I was happy to pay him after the work is done(and safe!!). After the repairs, we noticed a small leak, Mitch came back out and fixed it. It's been 2 months and a few thunderstorms, we have not seen any more leaks. I am very happy with Mitch's work and expertise. On the topic of communications, yes, there were times that he didn't get back to me right away. But I understand that he can't always respond immediately especially if he is on a job. He did always get back to me later in the day or the next day. Over all, I'm very happy with his work and would recommend.

Received great service and value from ARS. Had a roof leak before TS Barry, and nervously awaited appointment. Mitch arranged to arrive two hours earlier than scheduled to accommodate impending rain. Good thing he did, as it began to rain shortly after he arrived. Roof was repaired and leak was gone. Mitch is the owner / operator for ARS, so you know you're getting quality and experienced service. Just like the Postman, Mitch delivered rain (sleet or snow).

We contacted ARS American Roofing Solutions online to request an inspection for a small leak in our townhome. Mitch called us back on the same day and we were able to secure an inspection for the very next day. After inspecting both inside (through the attic) and the outside (roof) he quoted the job which he timely began and completed on the dates scheduled. There were many factors that we particularly liked about ARS: 1) Mitch himself handles the calls and scheduling 2) he himself does the work – we liked this particularly as opposed to contractors who send inexperienced workers to the job site, he has 25 years of experience and knows well what he’s doing 3) he did a thorough inspection in and out, and while doing the repairs he took pictures to show us and keep us informed of his findings and consulted with us on the various solutions available for them so we could make an informed decision. He explained everything thoroughly which we appreciated. 4) he takes safety seriously and took proper safety precautions to do the job on our 3-story townhome. Mitch was prompt on the inspection and job days, was polite, respectful, thorough both in his work, and in his explanations to us so we could fully understand the issues and the work needed to be done. It is hard these days to find a combination of both quality work and great customer service. We truly appreciated his services and we would highly recommend Mitch and ARS to others.
