I had Kari’s Construction replace a roof a few years ago and now the decking is shot. I have had 3 other companies come out and look at my roof and all said the entire roof needs replaced. I have tried contacting Karis Construction multiple times through call and email with no response. I would be very wary of doing business with this company! They do not stand behind their sub par work.

In my years of homeownership, I don't think I've ever received a more comprehensive set of project options for the deck repair we requested. It has prompted us to consider scrapping the deck entirely and pursuing a larger project that we planned to put off for a few years (three seasons room). Adam was very thorough in explaining each of the three options available to us, which may not result in us doing a repair at all, but Karis will certainly be in consideration for any larger projects down the road.

Karis Construction recently did some remodeling in my master bathroom. Adam and Mike were very friendly, courteous and professional. They truly listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. They are conscientious workers and I was extremely pleased with the completed project.
