The white hart at Boston is a wonderful character filled hotel , we stayed on the 28th for one night visiting friends and family. |The room (200) is spacious clean and very comfortable , I particular like the touch with the radio being on at arrival which makes a nice welcoming feature. ||The breakfast is excellent we had our small dog with us so we ate in the adjoining bar area which is a short walk from the main restaurant. The order is taken and the food duly arrived piping hot , and very delicious. The quality of the poached eggs both my wife’s and my own weren’t be commended. Not an easy task poached eggs but the kitchen didn’t let you down. The buffet section is well stocked with pastries , fruit juice and toast making facility. ||The staff are very friendly and welcoming as are the cleaning staff who offered pleasant smiles and hellos and good mornings which is not always done but the staff did your hotel proud. |A wedding function was on and we had a sneak inside the function room , this is somewhere I would definitely recommend if you wanted to hold a function , it has its own bar and is on the 1st floor. ||I’m not sure if disabled people are accommodate but not being disabled myself I didn’t notice any stair lifts or lifts but the Hotel dates back to 1200’s so would be difficult to post add these features. ||All in all an excellent stay Thankyou

I love this hotel! The team here are so lovely and welcoming, rooms are immaculate and there is so much care taken with everything. Attention to detail and people really do listen to the small things. The food is amazing, there is a lot of choice and the chef will make adaptations to suit dietary needs. You must be very proud of this! I come here once a week and they couldn’t make it more comfortable. Thank you so much for everything.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of town. It has it own free parking which I believe is first come first served. It is all very convenient. Its just a couple of minutes walk from the Boston Stump which is well worth a visit. The hotel is over 200 years old and if full of character.|I am giving 5 stars because it has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Everywhere was spotless. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast which was table service was excellent. Its nice to eat breakfast where you don't have to serve yourself!

Lovely bar food. Good location with parking. For some reason there are no staff working. We were given the bar menu, 10 minutes later this was taken away as it was the Sunday menu, the week day menu then came out. 15 minutes later our order was taken and 15 minutes later our drinks arrived after having to chase them. The staff were working as hard as they could however there were only two people serving a full pub restaurant and running the drinks bar. Poor management leading to diabolically slow almost non existent service. I think this may be a one off l but unfortunately this was our experience. Sack the bar manager because they are not doing their job.
