I had to use this company as I ordered kitchen cabinets through American Woodmark. This is the hardest company to reach by phone that I have ever dealt with. I feel like mailing them a letter would get a quicker response. If you need to reach them I guess driving to their office is the only way if you need something resolved. They don’t show up when they say they are gonna show. They damaged cabinets in shipping that I am still waiting to receive replacements for that they have had in their possession for 10 days now which is gonna end up pushing my contractor start date again. I was promised to see them today between 8-12 as their driver called in yesterday and they rescheduled. Guess what…still no driver has showed. Doesn’t surprise me. I will never order anything that depends on this company to move it.

Poor customer service. Called me 3 times to reschedule our cabinet delivery. The last two calls that were made to reschedule were placed the day before the delivery date. I had to clear my schedule on 3 separate occasions to allow for delivery to arrive, but then the company calls the day before to say they need to reschedule. This happened twice in one week. The cabinets have been in stock for nearly a month, but the company can’t seem to get them delivered when they say they’ll be delivered. Now, due to this third reschedule, I have to reschedule my flooring installation. This delays the entire remodeling project. We may just go pick the order up ourselves so that our timeline stays on track.

This company was contracted to deliver my new furniture to my new house, and I gotta say for contractors this was amazing. They called the moment it came in, scheduled around my schedule, and delivered perfectly on time. The crew was extremely professional and very careful even though my delivery was very difficult due to stairs and tight corners. Wish other services were as good during these difficult times

The delivery truck hit a 30 foot tall tree when they made my delivery. Not only did they hit it, they accelerated and tore it completely out of the ground. The helper looked at it and stated: "It looks like we did you a favor, that tree was dead anyway." I guess he doesn't understand that trees that drop their leaves for the winter didn't just die. I get that accidents happen. The problem is the person I was told was the operations manager, Zach Winfry, won't return my calls after he told me they would take care of the problem and replace the tree.
