Customer experiences
White Cap Industrial in Pickering has been an amazing supplier for my company Pickering boy’s landscaping . Their staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and always quick to guide you to the right materials. I was clueless finding right bolt but they know exactly which one, Thank to them . The store is well-organized, prices are fair, and they consistently keep essential construction and landscaping supplies in stock. Whether I’m picking up tools, fasteners, safety gear, or job-site materials, the customer service is always professional and friendly. They move fast, they know their products, and they make every visit smooth. Highly recommend White Cap Industrial Pickering to any contractor, landscaper, or tradesperson looking for reliable products and top-tier service.
Great shop to find nuts, bolts, screws for my house. I was looking for a set of screws and some cap nut/lock fasteners for my kids toys, I couldn't find it anywhere else. Gary helped me out this morning. Very knowledgeable and found everything I need. I previously made multiple trips home Depot/ Rona, and they didn't have it. Thanks guys!
I was looking for a pair of bolts to mount my wiper motor to the linkage assembly. As it was a vastly overpriced dealership item that would take a week to come in, I stopped by White Cap to find a solution I could use today. Peter found the perfect fix allowing me to complete my repair this afternoon. The price was right and the service was even better. I will absolutely return for any fastener needs as well as suggest White Cap to anyone needing unique fasteners.
I was trying to reassemble my Honda lawn mower and was having problems reassembling carburetor to the engine block. You needed five hands to hold five parts while you replaced the two long bolts. I got the bolts finally in after long hour of many words, but didn't have the choke linkage correctly installed. I watched a YouTude video repair where the guy used to longer bolts which he had cut the heads off. The temporary bolts where placed into the engine block first and acted as guide rails while you placed the five parts in order. The replacement now of the Honda bolts was now very easy. The procedure only needed two hands and the reassemble only took minutes. Thanks Peter for helping with the longer bolts I made into the temporary rail bolt rails.
