We arrived here after the lack of service from another sports bar around the block and much to our surprise on this Friday night round 6:30-8 pm this establishment was relatively quiet and almost empty for its size. None the less we wanted to give it a try and found Helen to be wonderful in serving us our drinks and food. Lovely variety on the menu, found something for everyone & all were satisfied with the choices. Thank you all for an enjoyable dinner, hope to come back again!

Labour Day weekend 2025 was as we settled my eldest son into university residence. We wanted to share one last meal together before parting ways. This restaurant perfectly met our needs. From the patio seating to the impressive meal with generous portions at a reasonable price, everything was amazing. My wife and son were pleased with the varied menu options, and our waitress provided attentive service. Thank you, Whiskey John's.

I had a great experience at Whiskey John’s in Oshawa! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, perfect for both a casual night out or watching a game with friends. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make sure you feel taken care of. The food is tasty, with generous portions, and the drinks menu has a fantastic selection, especially their drafts and cocktails. It’s definitely one of the best spots in Oshawa to relax, enjoy good food, and have a great time. Highly recommend!

As a regular of whisky’s I love coming here for the food, the staff like Ashley and Sam! Karaoke nights with Betty! There’s so much fun to be had here. Great service and even better prices!
