We had a wonderful Saturday brunch at Piper Arms Kitchener and were greeted with a super friendly and warm welcome. One thing that truly stood out from every other restaurant we’ve visited happened right at the entrance. While we were waiting to be seated, the staff noticed we had a toddler with us and, without even being asked, the staff kindly brought crayons and a colouring page for our child. That small but thoughtful gesture immediately told us we were going to have a great experience. The service throughout our visit was outstanding. The staff were polite, attentive, and welcoming. The food was beyond great and left us completely satisfied. Portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. We ordered the Swiss chicken omelette, grilled vegetable wrap, chocolate hazelnut and banana waffle, and a strawberry banana smoothie. Every item was delicious. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great overall atmosphere. We left feeling happy, relaxed, and well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families. We will definitely be back!

Went for lunch with my 17 year old son who eats a lot of poutine and he said this was his dream poutine so that's saying a lot! Creamy, 3 cheese mac and cheese with bacon and Sriracha on delicious crispy fries. It was so good! My burger was fantastic, made fresh in house and very flavourful and the fries and gravy were delicious. Great staff, great food, great spot

Had a great time at Piper Arms in Kitchener! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. perfect for hanging out with friends. The bartender really stood out—super friendly, quick with service. Good vibes, good drinks, and great service. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
