Overall I had a great experience renting from Weybright. I used their services through my senior house at Butler University. The locations were close to campus and the houses were mostly well kept. There were some minuscule bumps in the road, they were prompt and communicative in addressing those to the best of their abilities. Would recommend to future users

I highly recommend renting with Weybright over other rental companies on Butler’s campus. I’ve heard from friends that their landlords don’t respond or take care of maintenance issues, but Weybright is the complete opposite. They’re always quick to respond to maintenance requests and handle them in a timely manner. After storms, they even make sure tree branches are cleaned up and that all the houses and students are safe. Weybright cares about their tenants and houses to make sure you have a good experience rental experience throughout the year.

As a parent of a student who rented via Weybright, it was a very positive experience. The rental flat property was near campus – convenient and a nice size. We received an email cc when they had a service to complete. They were responsive to our son’s maintenance request when he initiated them. Any questions we had regarding the lease terms were responded to promptly, usually by Lisa or Cheryl. Last, our security deposit was returned in full quite timely. We were familiar with deposit return issues from our other experiences with real estate management companies at colleges (Weybright does not have presence at those other colleges) and had emphasized to our son to make sure the rental flat was cleaned and left in “move-in” condition. We had no issues with the security deposit return with Weybright. As a parent, I would recommend Weybright for students (and parents) looking for off campus housing.

As a parent of a student who rented from the Weybright management group over the summer, we had a very positive experience. The rental property came very clean and was near campus. The boys were able to reach out to maintenance whenever they had an issue. The house came with 2 refrigerators which was a huge bonus! The boys received their full deposit back upon move out and was very pleased with their experience.
