I love this mall and enjoy coming in here every week. Lots of places to take a seat, the design is pretty cool and lots of natural light that comes in throughout the mall. Great places to shop at too. It's well taken care of as well. :)

I visit West Shore Mall often, and overall, it's a convenient place to shop. However, it's disappointing that there's no water filling station available. In today's age, especially with so much focus on sustainability, having a refill station would be a small but meaningful addition for shoppers and families. Hope the mall management considers adding one in the near future!

This is a pretty good shopping centre - centrally located with plenty of parking. It’s rarely busy when we’ve gone in and it’s kept clean (including the washrooms). Lots of store options. The air conditioning is powerful and much-needed on hot days outdoors.

Winners is the largest store, and stays open until 8 pm, their indoor Park is great for 5 and under, I wish they have more spaces like that for winter and rainy days. The Vietnamese/Korean places across winners are good options to eat. The space is good for walking with kids.
