This is honestly the first time I’ve ever met such a patient, kind, and genuinely caring veterinarian. You can really tell that Dr. Jason’s compassion and gentleness come from the heart — and cats can feel that too. Cats are sensitive, and if someone isn’t truly gentle, they will notice and become anxious. My cat is 9 years old, has IBD, and is usually very shy and timid. But at this clinic, he was surprisingly calm — which really amazed me. There was a short waiting time on the day of the appointment, but I actually appreciated that. It gave my cat time to relax after the car ride, which usually stresses him out. Anyone with a cat knows how anxious we owners get when taking them out, worrying about stress and fear. Yet on the way home, my cat was noticeably calmer than when we arrived. Dr. Jason is incredibly responsible and patient. He answered every one of my questions carefully and never tried to upsell unnecessary tests or treatments. The prices for regular checkups are very reasonable and transparent. Even though this clinic is far from my home, I’ll definitely keep bringing my cat here for future checkups or treatments. Thank you so much, Dr. Jason and the whole team, for being so kind to both the animals and their humans. Highly, highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Jason! 💕

I am absolutely impressed with how Dr Jason treated my senior bebe (Natto, the beige/white short hair lol) not only did he perform physical check in front of me (which really comforted this nervous pig mom, none of others vets did, it was covid but they kept the same practice even after covid restrictions were over.) He was really gentle with Natto, even when I mentioned she might bite; very thorough check up; things to watch out for especially for senior piggie 🫶🫶🫶 I appreciate you very much can't wait to take the rest of my herd for their check up soon!!!!!

He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes us feel rushed. Most importantly, he treats our pet as if they were his own. I brought my 11 years old little dog April here for heart disease management. While the clinic is more affordable than many others — which I appreciated — I lost confidence in the care during a very critical stage of her illness. April had not tolerated a certain heart medication well in the past. Each time she took it, she developed dry coughing and breathing difficulties. Because of this, I had stopped the medication on my own for several weeks, and she was stable and doing well. At a later visit, I explained this clearly to the vet. Instead of considering this seriously, the vet was upset that I had adjusted the prescription and insisted that I restart it. I felt I had no choice but to follow his instruction out of respect for his authority. That night I restarted the medication at half dose; April coughed, but it was manageable. The next day I resumed the full dose as prescribed. That night she suffered severe coughing and breathing distress and passed away early the next morning. I know heart disease is complex and no outcome is guaranteed. But when an owner shares careful, repeated observations about their pet’s reactions, those should not be dismissed. Our pets cannot speak for themselves, and their caregivers’ voices must be taken seriously. This clinic may be fine for simple routine care like vaccines or exams. But if you are dealing with a serious or chronic illness, I would urge you to ask detailed questions, advocate strongly for your pet, and consider whether a place with more collaborative communication and expertise might be better.
