Phil PJM66A fantastic and professional service. Our vehicle suffered extensive water ingress from blocked sunroof drains, parking sensors, camera, adaptive cruise control all not functioning as a result of a water damaged ÉCU fitted to the tow bar electrics. We were visiting from France and were finding it increasingly difficult to find a garage at short notice. The very kind, polite and understanding lady on reception totally understood our dilemma and managed to squeeze us in. The technicians kept us well informed of progress etc. They dried our car interior, found the underlying issue and rectified all the faults, and the final cost was very very reasonable. Many thanks to you all at VASSOF BATH, I can whole heartedly recommend this fantastic garage.
S GBooked up MOT and service on my vw van a good month before the date of Mot . Got a phone call a day before the appointment to be told they couldn’t do the van and no explanation just blaming it on new staff , could not believe a company could be so unprofessional as I had taken time off for this leaving me rushing around trying to find a company to do the MOT before the mot expired. I can’t print the words what I think of this company and I strongly advise even thinking about using this terrible company if you need work done
richard yates17 year old son took his first car in for bits of work normal stuff pads and disks small oil leak and soaking wet rear carpet Quoted £1500 Phoned to check no replies Turned out they quoted for the wrong brakes The new rear vents and seals (would have paid £300+ for a non existent issue) for the leak turned out to be a massive failure in the windscreen seal you could get your fingers between windscreen and car body which they missed totally (well known A1 issue it turns out) the rear light didn’t need replacing but they did anyway Ended up having all the work done (plus a new rocker cover yes they missed that too) for £800 locally Staff have changed recently gosh can you tell 3 Audis now not get going here to be looked after
