I called this clinic because my little dog had just had an epileptic seizure. I was very anxious and scared — it’s terrifying to see your small pet suffering like that. Right after that, I sent an email asking for the prices of the procedures we need. These are expensive procedures, and since my dog had an acute seizure, I needed to choose a clinic today and take him for diagnostics — to do an X-ray and an ultrasound. It’s an urgent situation, and there’s simply no time to wait. I only called to ask if I could get the price information today. In response, I was told rudely, three times, that I had already called twice, sent an email, and now was waiting for something else. The tone was cold, irritated, and completely without empathy. The girl spoke arrogantly and with clear annoyance, as if my call had interrupted something more important she was doing. To be honest, I was shocked. A veterinary clinic is supposed to be a place where people seek help and support, especially in an emergency when their pet is suffering — not a place where they are met with rudeness, arrogance, and a complete lack of compassion. It was truly awful

We have been taking our pets here for many years and they always provide such wonderful care and service. A special thanks to Dr. Sikander and his staff who recently went above and beyond to care for our very sick puppy. So many thanks to them for their quick diagnosis and treatment plan, we now fortunately have our puppy back to health.

I have been taking my pets here for years. They are so gentle and loving with the animals. They explain everything to you before they do it. They also do not pressure you to have services done and let you decide if you want it and can afford it. I have had one dog and now two cats looked after by them. I highly recommend this business. I haven't had any problems with them at all.

We started taking our dog here when we were having issues with trying to take Jake to another vet, Jake would never walk in. So from advise from my parents who had to put our family dog down years ago we decided to go. Best decision we could have made for Jake. Unfortunately this year after 16 years we had to put Jake down. Dr Alex and Dr Alec, our family cannot thank you enough for all your care and extra time trying to find certain food for Jake when he was sick with pancreatitis. Jake is extremely missed and we are extremely grateful for the wonderful care you had for him. Thank you for giving us the time to say goodbye to our much loved and beloved family member.
