Totally overpriced and this is what they charged for labour: 2x front spring coil (labour, no vat) - £367 windscreen pump (labour, no vat) - £112 Over the call I asked why so costly and was told "these are the rates". So I asked the guy if he feels good for charging me that much, he said yes
David WebsterAfter returning to my Car parked outside the Crown Centre in front of Garage. My Car wouldn't start, I approached the Garage, lady on reception ( very helpful )directed her husband to attend to issue with my Car. Hubbie Lucasz brought out a Battery Charger & Car started ! He advised that Battery needed replacing. I agreed to a new one. Lucasz said to leave Car there overnight & collect am tomorrow. I picked up Car in morning, and drove off after settling bill. The service that was given to me was excellent and speedy. I certainly will recommend this Pit-Air garage and to use again for further work in future ! Regards David.
