I am extremely disappointed with the service at Bradford Dental Care. Not only was the quality of care below expectations, but the way they handled billing was completely unacceptable. They kept charging my insurance without properly communicating or getting upfront approval from me. Every time I thought my treatment plan was clear, I ended up with surprise charges that I was never told about beforehand. This kind of practice feels dishonest and unprofessional. Patients deserve transparency and respect, especially when it comes to medical costs. Unfortunately, my experience here was the opposite. I would not recommend Bradford Dental Care to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable dental services.

From I've been having my hygene check up for years. This is my first time at this Dental Care, and it's the only one I can honestly say did an awesome job. I am very much content with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Bradford dental Care.

Recently switched dentists, I couldn’t be more happy. Staff is so friendly, welcoming, they explain everything in detail so you know exactly what is going on. Dr Chow is also amazing, I was listened to, heard and he explained everything to me. Great experience with my 4 year old as well! Definitely recommend.
