Recently I was involved in two condo sales and a house purchase. I worked with Shawn on each of these transactions. One the two sales, Shawn and his team did a great job on the staging and marketing. The homes looked wonderful and inviting and all of the online and offline marketing pieces looked excellent. One sold in 9 days and the other one sold in 13 days, in a market that wasn’t hot. On the buy side, we worked well together and secured a great house for a good price. As a team, the experience went smoothly and we achieved strong results on each of the three properties.

I met Shawn at a showing at one of his listings. I didn’t yet have an agent, and Shawn was personable and very knowledgeable of the market. He was able to provide insight and guidance into home buying process, start to finish. And had a wealth of industry knowledge. I was lucky enough that Shawn became my realtor after this. He was able to discern what was important to me in a home (from location, features, price point, etc.) and quickly set up several viewings. After each viewing Shawn guided me through further refining what I needed in a home. With this clear vision, he prepared to secure the home I loved, when found, by also having me referred to a mortgage broker (who's rates beat my own bank, and even shocked the lender I ended up with).
