I don't believe they are in business anymore because I have called many times and it goes to Voicemail. It also sent me an automated text that told me to email. I have left messages and sent emails and they have not bothered to respond. I drove by the address and there is no storefront. I went behind the address in the alley and nothing. I suggest Magic Designs in Torrance. I called and they immediately answered and told me to come down. They helped design the embroidery I needed and will turn it around in 4 days. Highly recommend.

You will not regret working with them, or purchasing, customizing, creating whatever you need from them. I ordered my first batch of apparel for my hospital department and will be ordering an even larger second batch from them. I will recommend them to all of my hospital colleagues and friends. I like to give my money and business to people who deserve it and Regan and Alyssa are so kind and personable. I am very happy with their embroidery work. Emailing with them was easy because they were so responsive and helpful. There was no waiting around for days. They’re busy and have a lot of orders but know how to devote and manage their time to communicating with their customers and clients. I gave Regan and Alyssa an idea of what I wanted, asked for pricing, (and trust me, they beat out many others around the South Bay Area) because I reached out to six other places around here and I was surprised at what others charged for a 4 inch embroidery on the left upper hand chest of a sweater. They’re close-by to my hospital so it was convenient and another plus in my book. Regan even helped me carry my big box of sweaters to the car and I didn’t even ask! He just volunteered and helped me out of the kindness of his heart! CHOOSE THEM! You will not regret it! Thank you Regan and Alyssa! I’ll see you guys real soon for my second order!
