Couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to go with the team at Deluxcore to fit our bathroom. They handled all parts from design to fitting and also built a boiler cupboard from scratch for us. Think it’s clear to see from their rating that they value doing a great job and it comes across in their work. Passionate about you being happy with the end product and while they will get the job done in a timely manner, they are more focused on the quality and not cutting corners. From the beginning with the procurement of the F&F and design of the bathroom, right through to the end promptly fixing any snags suggesting good solutions. The team were honest and professional every step of the way. Good communication in the WhatsApp group making it easy to work with them. They left the flat as they found it in a clean, tidy state. We would not hesitate to recommend Felipe and his team at Deluxcore. From the very start it was clear they were all real professionals. Camilla did a perfect design which was exactly what we wanted and didn’t hesitate to make a couple of tweaks so it was exactly what we wanted. From there, Felipe and his team got to work. They were very tidy and spent time cleaning up after themselves every day and we really felt they respected our home. Everything ran to schedule and the team were happy to stay late to finish a task. They were on time and super communicative - we never had to wait long for a reply and really appreciated the group chat so both my husband and I felt in the loop at all times. It is only a little bathroom but we are so happy with how everything looks and they have improved the space hugely. The pricing was also fair and transparent.
