Brookside has been the best Dental experience I’ve had in my adult life. I filled out the new patient form on Monday, got a call later that day to set up an appointment the same week, needed cavities filled and had that appointment the next day, and then they called the day after to check in. I have anxiety about the dentist and I was comfortable the entire time and they were great during the dental work. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. They walked me through the cost of everything and what my insurance would cover. Then the next day the cost was less than expected because they worked to get the cost lowered.

I left an appointment inquiry form last night for an extraction and received a call back this morning to set up an appointment. I let the rep know I had a prior procedure months ago, to which she just started asking questions such as “do you see a doctor for this?” “I’m not sure if we can see you so I will have to wait for the doctor and call back.” If someone just had a craniotomy, one would assume the Pt sees some sort of medical doctor. She seemed confused and she started asking for my providers name & number. If I haven’t signed any paperwork for your office, you haven’t verified my dental coverage, why would you request any of my PHI? Yeah no thanks.
