I am only giving a 2 based on cleanliness. Considering the lack of cleanliness was in the nicu 3rd floor, cleanliness is not optional in my opinion. The floors are filthy, the splatter on the back of the wall, the moldy shower curtain and the over all cleanliness was simply not here. I went to get cleaning supplies and cleaned the room for my daughter myself. The nurses asked for cleaning to come and it doesn’t happen. They are equally as frustrated. Sad that either workers don’t want to work or wages aren’t enough to entice people to work. Who knows the reason.

My experience at Wesley Medical Center was positive. There was plenty of parking and registration was prompt and smooth. The nurse/technician (Virginia) who facilitated the scan was amazing! She was caring, professional and knowledgeable. If I had to say anything on the negative side, I wish I had been given more details as to what to expect regarding the scan ahead of time. I thought I'd be basically in and out as was the case with other scans. I ended up being there for about three hours. It worked out fine, but I just wish I knew it was going to take that long because there needs to be a 90 minute wait gap between takes. All good though.

I have not one thing to complain about. Everyone was friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, nurses were great! I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Doctors and everyone on the surgical staff was positive and made me feel comfortable. My surgery was a success and I am grateful to God and Wesley staff.

Had some weird extreme lethargy after having a couple teeth extracted and ended up being like a walking dead. Was told to go in, ended up going two times. Now the staff seemed nice but this was the first time I’ve came across this system they have for the ER room. Was stuck with an iv for fluids then wife and kid told to go out to main waiting area and sent me to some other waiting area where there were like 8 of us sitting around for hours on office chairs with iv’s and stuff hanging out of us… Last time I met a couple gentlemen who was sitting back there for 24hours….. Part of recovery or getting better is mental and sitting uncomfortably in office chairs with 8+ chairs crammed in the little open originally exam room….this is not comfort at all and for hours on end. The one person was waiting for surgery, in that waiting room like a Dr labs sitting area for 24 hrs. That’s horrible. Sorry but with this country being the worse “1st world” country for healthcare as in you can’t afford that…they sure get a lot of money as well as insurance to be having a hospital turn into a field hospital like seen on mash. It didn’t used to be like this, maybe I’ll try a different one next time since they make you pay regardless where you go but comfort of the stressful situation is very very important. I don’t expect a 5star resort for a minor emergency but if your going to be there for 7 hours with iv’s hanging off you…you don’t want to be sitting in a hard office chair with 20 others cramped together (also hope no one has contagious crap). Make this area an edition, doesn’t have to be massive, where each person can be comfortable and distanced enough apart and recline chairs for those with pain or iv’s sitting for 7+hours…

Wesley Medical Center is a hospital.
