I booked a massage here as a last minute self care thing and I was not disappointed. They had me complete intake paperwork regarding what I wanted to be worked on and it was an easy straightforward process. There is ample parking and a beautiful open floor plan inside. Upon arriving the check in was fast, Katy checked me in, was super kind, and informative. I had a cup of water before my massage and Sierra came to grab me pretty quickly. Prior to my massage she checked in with me regarding what I wanted work on, the intensity of the massage, deep tissue massage, and the use of hot stones. I think she did a good job of informing me of what was happening as it was happening. My one comment would be a little bit of small talk to help ease customers into comfort if they're new to massages. I will say the unique thing about this massage was it felt like she utilized holistic approach (really utilizing the feedback of the muscles / body to find spots of tension or knots) to working with the body and not just massaging at a hard level. I usually leave massages sore and relaxed although I left here not super sore but my muscles and body felt relaxed. I was impressed with Sierra's ability to find the knots or tight spots and to work on them in a way that's wasn't only painful (a few spots were but that's normal). I got a deal on my massage as it was my first one which was extremely affordable and likely started a new little splurge for future me to continue caring for my body in a way which feels productive and healing. Outside of this experience I have also come to Wellspring to do a free yoga class which was extremely helpful in releasing body tension and relaxing. There is also tea and water for customers. Overall, I think that the employees at Wellspring care for their customers and truly want to help. This is shown in how they talk, present, the engagement that's shown, and the hard work they do. I would highly recommend coming here as massages are fairly priced and the employees truly seem to care.

I’ve had three massages with Sierrah, with deep tissue work and hot stone therapy. All three sessions resulted in a complete response and alleviation of my pain. Sierrah begins a session by discussing problem areas and particular pain issues to be addressed during the session and then focuses specifically on those areas. She’s an excellent therapist and was able to figure out the best way to work on my pain points so that they were completely resolved by the end of the massage. She also debriefs after each massage to communicate any areas she noticed that may need additional attention (such as stretching or icing). Sierrah has a gift - she seems to be able to tune into a body and intuitively understand the best way to correct the cause of pain.

I have pain for the past 10 months from issues related to a fall. Frustrated by the lack of direction and limits with doctor's offices, I went to Jenny for a massage as my last option to find any relief. I had never had a massage but immediately knew after my session that I should have made her my first stop. The relief from 45 minutes compared to 10 months of misery was unbelievable and has me incredibly hopeful that I will become tolerant enough to restart Physical Therapy and get all the help I need to get my life back. I’ve been working with the Wellspring team through the winter and spring, and I can honestly say every single person I’ve seen there has been terrific—supportive, professional, and attentive to both short-term needs and long-term progress. Compared to my past experiences at Thrive PT and OSR, Wellspring has been the better fit for addressing stress-related pain. The difference is in the modalities they use, like soft wave therapy, stretches, strength training and the comprehensive support they provide. Instead of assigning you to just one physical therapist, Wellspring offers the strength of an entire team—therapists, doctors, and nurses all coordinating together. They also stand out for their stress reduction classes, many of which are complimentary for current clients. Sierrah is wonderful. Her massages are excellent, and she brings a truly delightful energy to each session. Depending on what you need, she’s equally comfortable chatting with you the whole time or creating the quiet space you need to fully relax—even nap—if that’s what your body is asking for. Overall, Wellspring has been an exceptional place for both responsive physical therapy that changes with my pain and improved health. The whole team approach, combined with thoughtful extras makes it a far better fit for me than other PT clinics I’ve tried. Diane's oversight has been impactful for my response to treatments and her caring attention has led to my improved health.
