Such wonderful and compassionate care. Service was quick and every single staff member was so kind and considerate. Plus they have free slushies and Pac Man in the waiting room. So cool! Very neat and clean place as well. Best urgent care clinic I've ever been too. And I love the fact that they did my x-rays right on sight and had my results right away.

Check in without notice was quick and very easy. The services and guidance provided to me by Cassandra Swatsworth was spot on. The environment is very comforting as relaxing before and during the examination. Never do or have felt “rushed” when visiting. Will also come here for any issues or health questions that I may encounter.

I was on a cross country trip home with a severe finger injury and needed wound care as I was in immense pain. Immediately, when walking into the WellNow Urgent Care clinic, I was greeted by a considerate, efficient receptionist. Very soon, I was seen by an energetic, engaged female intake staff member who took my vitals and assured me that the nurse on duty was very strong in treatment. Nurse Melody Miller treated me with compassion, expertise and went over and above my expectations. She validated my experience of pain and concerns. She made me feel 100% better with the wound care she provided and instilled confidence that the next 499 miles I had to get home to my regular GP that I would be ok and she was right. I made it home without the pain returning and am grateful to have met with such an empathetic and knowledgeable nurse. It should be noted that Melody and the all female staff I encountered yesterday at WellNow Urgent Care are giving excellent care at this company and should be highly compensated.

I was rushing to get there and running late but once there they assured me I could relax I had plenty of time. I was treated with respect and kindness, I was there for a physical and drug test for work. They took me in right away and walked me through the process. Kindness , patience and efficiency surrounded me. I highly recommend this facility for all your urgent needs.
