We bought a few 360 carts a few years ago. While very well made, the center wheels need to be made so they're a little lower than the four swivel wheels, and carry a bit more of the weight. When going over non-perfectly flat & level ground, the center wheels will be off the ground, and all weight is transferred to the swivel wheels, and the cart then goes sideways and is hard to control. Even if the cart 'rocks' a little more, it would be a much easier to control cart. The center axle needs to be adjustable. Just a minor design flaw that can easily be corrected.
