I generally avoid writing reviews, but my experience with this property management company left me feeling compelled to share a candid account. One of the main reasons I chose to work with them was their promise to handle quarterly bill collection from tenants, which would have been a big help in managing expenses. Unfortunately, this never happened. Despite their assurances, the bills were not collected, and I ended up having to shoulder those costs myself, which was frustrating and made financial planning more difficult. Another ongoing issue was the lack of cost sensitivity when sourcing contractors. Each month, I received repair and maintenance bills that felt excessive, and it became clear that no real effort was being made to find more reasonably priced alternatives. As a landlord, this made it extremely difficult to break even, and I had to start looking for more affordable vendors on my own - something I expected the management company to handle as part of their service. Additionally, they failed to follow through on their promise of a post-tenancy clean-out. One of my units was left untouched after a tenant moved out, and when I reached out to ask about it, I received no response at all. That kind of silence, especially when you’re paying for a service was both disappointing and unprofessional. That said, I do want to acknowledge Christina, who was consistently helpful throughout my time working with the company. She was often responsive and, on more than one occasion, went out of her way to ensure things got done on site. Her effort and professionalism stood out, even when the overall experience was lacking. In summary, my experience was marked by unfulfilled commitments, poor cost management, and a lack of accountability. While there were some bright spots, the broader service did not meet the standards I expected or was promised. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions and encourages the company to address these gaps.
I’ve had a very good experience with this company and Mr. Furrakh. The house is in great condition, located in a very good area, and they truly care about keeping their properties well-maintained for a positive living experience. No tricks, no fine print — everything has been straightforward and professional.
