It’s been roughly 7 months since we moved into our new Welbilt home and I wanted to leave a review because my wife and I are very pleased with the build. This was our first time building a new home and the girls that work their magic behind the scenes made the customizing and building as painless as possible. There is a lot that goes into a build and the great communication with everyone working there was just amazing I couldn’t have asked for more. I would receive emails same day or next day if I had questions, I could call if emailing got old. They are very flexible and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for anyone considering a new build and I would use them again.

I’d been speaking with Alana in sales for almost four full years before deciding it was time to build my home, and I chose Welbilt onceI was ready to move forward. My favorite thing about them was they have the prices listed next to the model on their website. Alana was always clear that the price was for the model, and didn’t include the other stuff. Her ballpark estimate on those was pretty close to spot on though. After signing and paying the deposit (around $1k if memory serves correct) everything moved fast. The engineer came out for his survey, the property was surveyed, and tested all within a month. The build was deliberate, done in stages, and all the work was guaranteed. The foremen go through before, during, and after the work is completed, and their foremen have great attention to detail. It was really nice having welbilt build my home because they also handle all coordinations with inspectors and bankers. I’m happy with the time it took to build. The most difficult part for me was being patient while it neared completion. Picking fixtures and colors and add-ons were all headaches, but whatever I picked out was built in with the home and everything looks so good and is so solid - Welbilt is able to make anything look spectacular. I am so thankful to the Welbilt team for making my dream come true and be nicer than I imagined.

Very professional and helpful! We are currently building a new home with Welbilt Homes. The staff has been very helpful, professional and friendly...Alana in sales is terrific, Abby in selections is super helpful and makes the process fun and stress free! Olivia has been a huge help as well with design and offering advice. Chris has been instrumental in bringing everything together and keeping the project moving. Thanks to everyone involved, we can't wait to break ground in a few weeks!

Building a, hopefully, forever home is a tough work and can feel overwhelming. Working with Welbilt has been a fabulous experience and they have lessended the load of stress tremendously. The team helped us think about our needs ahead of getting signing a contract so we have a more accurate view of the cost of the build. As we moved into the final selection process, Abigail has been fantastic to work with, answering a multitude of questions from us and keeping us up to date on every part of the process. Chris has been true to his word that we could call him day or night and ask questions. The entire team at Welbilt is professional and provides great customer service. We're looking forward to the build being complete this year!
