My experience with Wayne Gonzalez Roofing staff was exceptional. Their team installed top quality materials, with superior service delivery, at a reasonable price. From start to finish, Steve provided insightful recommendations, appropriate for my specific requirements, then exceeded my expectations during and after installation. Austin managed an outstanding crew that worked at an incredible pace. Over a 36-hour period, the team arrived, prepped the site by covering my landscaping+ to protect my personal property, removed the old roofing, then installed the new shingles, ridge venting and rodent proof vent stacks. Further, the work occurred with brutal outside temps in excess of 100 degrees, in addition to heavy afternoon rain both days. When the work was completed, their cleanup was extremely thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience from what Steve, Austin and the entire Wayne Gonzalez team delivered. Their approach could serve as a model for industry on how to successfully provide roofing services with an emphasis on customer support. Anyone with roofing needs will not regret hiring the Wayne Gonzalez Roofing group.
