I would never use this service again. I used them to drive me to the airport for a 6am flight. I asked for a 2:30 am pickup. They were unprofessional from the very start. I was not given a pricing quote in the "free quote request form". I had to call in order to receive the actual quote amount. I tried to email to confirm pick-up two days before and found their email did not work. At 2am, on the night of pick-up, I received a call asking me what time the pick-up was. The man on the phone rambled for a bit and mentioned a car being broken down. He stated the car would be 15 minutes late. By 3am I was getting worried and called again to ask where the car was. The man on the phone said it was close by. At this point I was considering calling a taxi to take me to the airport instead. The car finally arrived at 3:20am!! My boyfriend asked why he was late and he told us he wasn't supposed to be working and had to get out of bed to come get us. He is a representative for the company and should have apologized. It certainly wasn't our fault he had to get out of bed. We did not receive a discount, despite the car being 45 minutes late. To be honest, even an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have been suffice. Luckily, the 401 and airport weren't busy and we made the flight. BUT, upon being picked up we didn't know if we'd make it on time as accidents and construction can impact traffic even early in the morning. I highly recommend you use another company and only gave one star because I had to.

My UW lab group attended a conference at SickKids in Toronto, and needed round-trip transportation. After looking around, we realized it would be much more convenient and almost the same price to hire a car and driver as it would be to try to GoTrain/GoBus everyone. Sam picked us up at 5am in a lovely, comfortable Suburban that fits 7 comfortably, and brought us in safely and on time. We originally asked for a 7pm return, but were having productive talks with collaborators and wanted to delay until 8:30pm. Sam was incredibly accommodating and highly professional! A fantastic experience!

Thank you so much Waterloo Airport Limo! The driver was super cool and the services were epic! I've used many limo services before but these guys are my favorite. Thanks for getting us to our dinner reservation on time even with the traffic.

**Horrific experience** A group of friends and I used this limo service for a friend's birthday party. The limo driver was less than satisfactory. This particular driver, named Roger, appeared to be completed bothered by us listening to music in the back. When asked if he could put up the partition, he was unable to do so. He made it apparent that was he annoyed by us and was constantly slamming on breaks which made it a very bumpy and uncomfortable ride. And this was not the worst part, when dropped off on the way home, he proceeded to empty out the entire limo onto the gravel of the establishment of which he dropped us off at. This included bottles, cans, and champagne glasses that were smashed on the ground of another businesses property. When our party later called the company to address it; his argument was that his actions were a reflection of us not tipping him. Regardless if the driver believes this to be an excuse for his littering, we paid him a 15% tip in cash before the round trip even occurred which was give with the payment the limo rate. Needless to say, we will not be making the mistake of tipping before the service is complete, as well as EVER hiring or recommending Waterloo Airport Limo again.
