We had breakfast here and it was very tasty, but also kind of pricey. There wasn't enough staff to get to all the filled up tables but again, breakfast was tasty and filling and our waitress was very nice.

Arrived on Sunday before noon. Looks like a very popular breakfast spot for the locals. Was able to park without issue. Was told about a 15 minute wait time to be seated and sat down in the booth at 12:06pm. After deciding on the Cuban Sandwich discovered they don’t do the right side of the menu as considered lunch. Sunday they close an hour earlier at 1pm so may have been related. Nice atmosphere and comfortable, service was very nice. Price was a hair above average and about 45 minutes later the food arrived. Then the price made sense, the pancakes were large, sausage and bacon had great flavor. In summary, if you are not on a tight schedule, this is a fantastic place to eat. Just have a breakfast menu item as a backup as I am unsure when lunch items are available.(Anything on right side of menu such as sandwiches, burgers, entrees are lunch items)

Just had the best breakfast at Water street cafe! The French benny is genius, the staff is super friendly, and their fall drink specials sound amazing. I personally loved the Pumpkin Spice White Russian with a little bit of ice coffee mixed in.
