Called them for a comparble quote for a job that we already had a quote for (didn't have stock for backflow valve) they said we had to prepay $67 for inspection. We paid for inspection, plumber came in to look at it and said he had to open backflow valve to inspect before quote... Put it back together and leaked more then before he touch it. Said he had to call head office with information and they would call us for proper quote while he waited in the van. Head office called and quoted us $2400 + tax for the valve replacement. I explained to them that I was given a quote by 2 different companies for $800-$1000, (but they didn't have stock) why are you guys more then double? Can I buy the part of you ? She said no,we don't sell parts. I continued to call around, found someone who came and replaced it the same day for $750+ tax. Unbelievable- No excuse for this! Taking advantage of people in an emergency situation.

Super pleased with the speed and quality of the service today. Orlando was lovely, and he explained everything he was doing. Plumbing services are never cheap, but the price charged was reasonable for the work performed. Will definitely call these folks the next time there's an issue!
