I cannot thank James Ross enough for the service provided in resizing my beautiful ring, which was originally my Grandma's, and was passed on to my mum. Once they understood how precious it was to me they also expedited the re size, turning it around in just a few days. It's really hard coming into possession of family jewellery when someone passes away, as I have done, but I felt the items I then passed onto James Ross were treated with kindness and respect, not just as a "pile of stuff".
