Came with my wife to Rolex to choose a watch for her. Clearly showed the exact model we wanted, knowing we'd have to order it. Only question was size: 28mm or 31mm. Asked the salesman to show us something similar so she could decide on size. Instead of helping, this arrogant guy kept repeating that the wait time is "two months to two years." I asked again just to see another watch for sizing, but he kept giving the same answer, standing there staring at us like he’s doing a favor. When I asked why he's being rude, he said he doesn’t want to talk to me anymore and walked off. Typical Rolex arrogance—you come ready to spend money, but they treat you like they're doing you a favor. Disgusting attitude. P.S. To be fair, another manager quickly noticed the situation, stepped in, sat us down, brought sweets, coffee, and everything we asked for. We had a good conversation after that. However, once we left the store, my wife said, "It was supposed to be my special day, but now it's completely ruined. I'm never coming here again."
