I am a commercial Property Manager, and we work with this company often, and have always been INCREDIBLY HAPPY with their services. We most often chat with Jarrell in their sales team, he is a straightforward and honest person, who goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. A real asset to the company!! I've also chatted with many folks on their customer service and dispatch team, including Paulet, Ryan and others whom I don't have their names, but everyone has been exceptional. They've accommodated extra pick up requests, gotten back to me with scheduling questions, and have always been pleasant to chat with. Last but not least, our drivers who do the pick ups. Sadly I do not have their names, but my goodness they deserve a gold medal for the work they do. I know our pick ups are not easy, and I can't think of one time they weren't able to complete it. Their determination on getting our pick up completed goes a long way to ensuring our property can run as it should in a safe and tidy manner, and I can't thank them enough. Thank you to the entire Waste Connections team, I hope you all feel appreciated in the work you do, but I know most people do not share the good comments when they should.
