Katie͏ made it easy! We have bought and sold several houses and Katie made this sale easy. We were downsizing because our home was larger than we needed at this point in our lives. She explained everything so clearly when we signed a contract for her to represent us in selling our house. We had several offers to choose from and Katie gave us the reasons to choose a particular buyer. When selling a home there can be a lot of anxiety with the negotiations.
