Today, I went to Warehouse Wireless. Two beautiful ladies, Melody and Chelsea had provided me with the highest levels of professional service. They were able to help me add memories to my phone, in addition to helping me to acquire an unlocked phone for pennies on the dollar.

Wireless warehouse provided outstanding service and customer care while shopping for options to replace my dad’s Android tablet which had been dropped and was unusable. Chelsea provided great cost-effective options. At the store, Sofia was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently shared information to help my dad make his choice. They actually had the exact same model in stock, refurbished that looked and functions like brand new at a fabulous price point! Having that model in stock meant so much to have seamless ease of use for my dad. It also saved us from needing to purchase new accessories. And Sofia even took time to get the replacement tablet setup. Each person that walked in was greeted right away with a big smile and provided with the same quality of care. I usually order phones because I got a bad habit of breaking/losing them, so I don't like to spend too much on them anymore. The prices here are actually just what you'd expect from eBay, and the inventory is always satisfactory. I've used them 3 times so far and never been disappointed. I'll definitely be sticking with them as long as I'm in Ocala. Nice ladies to boot.

I've been a customer for several years now, Chelsea is amazing! Not only did she remember things about my phone, customers would walk in and she knew the phone type, and any previous problems. Never a hard sale, upcharge, she will listen to the problem, give you least expensive options, and above all else, if they can't help you there honest about it.
