The positives are that the rooms are very spacious, clean and have great amenities- microwave, ac, tv, fridge and kettle along with snacks and coffee/tea. The bathroom is nice and clean too. I booked 3 nights and ended up arriving past 12pm so it was automatically flagged as a no show, the staff asked me to make a new booking. There were some complications but I was eventually shown to the room and enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They did however phone the room very late at night to ask me to bring documents which I thought was unprofessional and could have waited until the morning, just a suggestion to call rooms at sociable hours. The problems started with payment- at the time, the hotel didn’t accept foreign cards so I paid in cash. It was only after I checked out that the hotel decided to double charge me, as I mentioned I had paid in cash but they also charged my card. I had been given the WhatsApp number of a staff member to contact during my stay, after messaging them about this double charge, I was blocked. After months of an open case with booking.com, they told me the hotel also did not reply to their contact. It was only because of booking.coms agent that managed to get the amount credited to me. If the hotels policy was to charge a persons card despite a customer showing up - at least tell the customer before asking them to make a new booking and don’t then block contact with them!! Thank you for the comfortable stay but please do better in the future, it’s a nice hotel that would be a 5 star review if not for the poor communication and after care.

I had a week long stay at Hotel Wandr Medicity Gurgaon and it was a pleasant experience, largely due to their incredibly courteous and helpful staff. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone I interacted with was friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The breakfast offered had a limited selection, but the staff's positive attitude made up for it. They were more than happy to accommodate requests and serve with the available choices, always with a smile. It truly felt like they were genuinely trying to make the most of what was on offer. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, I believe the cleaning staff could benefit from additional training to be more proactive. A more anticipatory approach to room cleaning and tidying common areas would elevate the guest experience even further. Despite the minor point regarding housekeeping, I would still highly recommend Hotel Wandr Medicity Gurgaon, especially for their exceptional staff. Their genuine hospitality makes this hotel a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

The worst hotel ever stayed in...Mr.Bahadur,the front office manager was arrogant and ruthless..no sense how to treat guest.. waited around half an hour for check-in..no towel and water bottle provided in our room after several request.. don't waste your money by booking this hotel

I stayed here for 10 days and the place is perfect for such long stays. The hotel is equipped with all the amenities that someone would need. From hot water to shower, to moisturiser in the bathroom, all the elements are very well thought of. The food at the stay is also amazing. Quite good and homely and customised to your liking and interest. The staff is super proactive and helpful and the kitchen staff Mithun was particularly helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stay in budget
